Position Summary
The Associate VP serves as a Department Leader for the Learning and Development function responsible for learning operations, program management, and Standard Operating Procedures operation. The AVP will be responsible for strategy, planning, development and delivery of learning programs products and tools to enable learning throughout our enterprises globally and learning ecosystems. The AVP leads and develops a team of Learning Advisors and manages learning vendor relationships, and contracts. Additionally, The AVP will serve a business thought partner and work with global teams and business leaders: multi-layered business leaders and individual contributors throughout the organization to help identify learning objectives, design content and learning experiences that align with our business goals, process operation and talent development needs.
