Salary: $150,000-175,000+Bonus
Seeking a hands-on Investment Operations leader with deep experience in cash, reconciliations, treasury from investments or banking related backgrounds.

The AVP Investment Operations role at a glance:
- Lead and develop the operations reconciliations team.
- Focus on full oversight and establishing processes and controls around bank reconciliations, position and cash breaks, etc.
- Coordinate with Investment Accounting to ensure transactions, positions, and cash activity are recorded completely and accurately
- AVP Investment Operations will be responsible for internal transfers and private credit workflows.
- Contribute ideas to evolving workflows, including potential use of AI and automation.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of AVP Investment Operations:
- BS Accounting
- Direct experience managing reconciliations, cash movements, and control frameworks in a regulated investment environment. OR direct experience managing treasury functions with a financial institution.
