The AVP, Delivery Lead for Property and Casualty Pricing Tools is a hands-on individual contributor within the Transformation & Delivery Office (TDO), responsible for shaping, prioritizing, structuring, and delivering initiatives across the commercial pricing tools portfolio. This includes tools that support advanced pricing models for new business guidance premiums, as well as tools that enable pricing changes at renewal. This role partners closely with actuarial, underwriting, and technology leaders to translate pricing strategy into an actionable delivery agenda and organize work for efficient and effective execution.

Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in close partnership with actuarial, business, and technology teams.
Strong understanding of how to shape business demand into structured delivery plans, roadmaps, and executable work, with solid prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management skills.
Experience working on pricing tools, decision support capabilities, actuarial model deployment, or related platforms.
Experience working with JIRA/Rally and related delivery and planning tools.
Ability to work effectively across actuarial, underwriting, technology, governance, and funding stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor''s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in program and product delivery, pricing tool development, underwriting transformation, or related roles.
Experience in commercial insurance or P&C insurance is preferred, with a strong understanding of pricing mechanics, guidance premiums, segmentation, pricing models and renewal rate change strategies.
The pay range for the role is $125,000 to $175,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
