Job Summary:
Serves as head of Budget and Cost Management department, including hiring, retaining and developing talent. Plans and develops the management expense budgeting program for the family of companies under Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America ("HLRA Family"). Oversees intercompany billings, reimbursements, reconciliations and collects monies due for non-technical business services, project work and third party costs performed or incurred by the family of companies under Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America ("HLRA Family"). Facilitates intercompany billings received by Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America ("HLR US") from Hannover Rück SE ("Hannover Office"). Prepares various financial reports, schedules and gathers supporting documentation for the annual transfer pricing review requested by HLRA Family's tax advisors.
