To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

What will you be doing?
Barclays Services LLC seeks AVP, Back End Engineer (multiple positions) in Whippany, NJ:
Work with Relational Databases including Postgres/Oracle, NoSql databases, or MongoDB/DynamoDB.
Dive into server-side application logic and working on integration with front-end.
Design, develop, and test resilient and scalable solutions for any of the hybrid environments, such as Private cloud - Open Shift, Public cloud - AWS, Azure.
Build micro services and APIs using REST/GraphQL.
Work with a technology stack which can include any of these: Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, C#, C++, .Net, Nodejs, Go.
Use test-driven development to write top quality and well tested code by implementing automated tests.
Use containerization technologies including Docker.
Minimum Salary: $146,000.00 per year
Maximum Salary: $175,000.00 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
