Currently, we have an AVP/Asset Loan Portfolio Manager opportunity with a Bank that offers the opportunity to work for a purpose-driven organization that combines innovative banking technology with a strong commitment to serving communities and helping customers build long-term financial success.

    The AVP/Asset Loan Portfolio Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

    Your specific duties will include:
    • Manage a mixed portfolio of Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Multi-family (MF), and Commercial and Industrial/Investment (C&I) loans.
    • Perform annual credit reviews and site inspections; identify possible risks; and recommend and implement loan workout strategies, loan modifications, and collateral releases.
    Required qualifications for the position include:
    • B.A. in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent.
    • 5+ years' experience in credit risk management or loan workouts for multi-family and CRE loans.
    • Expertise in income property underwriting, cash flow/financial statement analysis, collateral evaluation, and credit reviews.
    • Strong knowledge of loan classification, fair value analysis, and regulatory guidelines for classified credits.
    • Familiarity with legal proceedings, specifically foreclosure and bankruptcy.
    • Proven track record in executing diverse types of loan workouts.
    Pay Rate Range: $98,000 - $102,000/year

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
