Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with strong hands-on RF/Microwave design and testing experience. Responsible for hardware design and development, PCB design, RF testing, EMI/EMC validation, troubleshooting, and hardware qualification.
Mandatory Skills:
- RF/Microwave Design and Testing (strictly mandatory).
- Hardware design and development.
- EMI/EMC testing (mandatory).
- SPICE simulation tools LTspice, PSpice, or TINA.
- ECAD/PCB design experience.
- Hardware troubleshooting and debugging.
- Hardware requirements, specifications, and test plan development.
- Hardware qualification and environmental testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Mentor Graphics Xpedition.
- MATLAB.
- DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 standards.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
Important Submission Criteria:
- RF Design experience is non-negotiable.
- Target candidates with 5 12 years of experience; maximum 15 years.
- Other technical skills can be flexible.
- Must be available to work onsite in Melbourne, FL.
