We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

Performs logistics management activities associated with corporate aircraft flight planning and scheduling, for domestic and international travel. Ensures appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective aircraft utilization, by prioritizing user requests and understanding corporate business needs. Compiles and distributes flight activity trip sheets and itineraries to passengers and crew.

Advises passengers on international travel requirements and documentation. Maintains databases to ensure precise official records for regulatory compliance. Assists with data tracking, management reporting, and maintaining intranet site. Provides cost analyses of corporate aircraft trips compared to commercial air travel. Ensures compliance with corporate aviation policies and federal regulations. Assists in designing, developing, and implementing travel programs.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

2+ years of related experience.

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

  • Ability to prioritize work to meet tight time constraints and customer requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient with industry-specific software programs.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint skills.
  • Ability to provide coverage after normal work hours as needed.
  • Proactive, anticipatory attitude toward meeting work requirements.

Education Requirements

The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position.
