    About You:

    Ready to experience a better way to build your career? ARCO National Construction is seeking an Aviation Construction Project Manager to lead complex aviation design-build projects from preconstruction through completion from our St. Louis office.

    This is a role for an experienced Construction Project Manager, Aviation Project Manager, or similar construction professional who is ready to take ownership of projects including aircraft hangars, MRO facilities, FBOs, cargo facilities, and other airport-related infrastructure. You will lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, subcontractor management, and project execution while working closely with owners, design teams, and field leadership.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Manage aviation construction projects from preconstruction through completion; including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
    • Lead complex aviation construction work including hangars, MRO facilities, FBO's, cargo facilities, aircraft support buildings, aviation manufacturing facilities, and other airport-related infrastructure
    • Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
    • Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
    • Support aviation pursuits by helping with site reviews, constructability input, schedules, budgets, scope reviews, and client meetings
    • Lead subcontractor buyout and ensure scopes are complete, coordinated, and aligned with the project schedule and budget
    • Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
    • Travel 25% nationally

    Necessary Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of construction project management experience
    • Experience with aviation, hangars, MRO, airport facilities, industrial, manufacturing, federal, defense, logistics, or technically complex projects preferred but not required
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
    • Based in Boston, MA, St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocate

    This represents typical base compensation for the role. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

    Pay Range

    $120,000 - $162,000USD
