Description
Direct A/V support for classrooms, academic spaces, and events.
Troubleshooting moderately complex A/V and classroom technology issues.
Supporting installations, setups, system status, and downtime procedures.
Training, scheduling, and managing staff and/or student employees.

- Experience with both Windows and Apple systems
- InfoComm CTS certification
- Experience in higher education A/V or technology support
- Experience training others on technology use
