The AV Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to HEDSouth's Engineering team, managing staff workload and scheduling to keep deliverables on track.

Your Location:
  • In-Person
  • 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020
Your Schedule:
  • Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
  • Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:


  • Workload Management: Coordinate engineering staff assignments and deliverable schedules
  • Tasks: Create/track tasks and flag scheduling conflicts
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Link between Engineering and Sales, PM, Procurement, Installation, Programming, and Service
  • Documentation: Process and distribute drawings, equipment lists, specs, and project docs
  • Reporting: Generate weekly engineering status/schedule reports

You May Come From:


  • AV Project Coordinator
  • AV Administrative/Scheduling Coordinator
  • AV Engineer/Designer (admin-focused)
  • Engineering Department Assistant
  • Bonus if you know Microsoft Teams/Office, CAD, I-Point, Bluebeam, or AV/automation systems
