AV Installation Technician

Description

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

• Projects in surrounding area

• Full Time (+45hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri 7:30am - 5:30pm (8hrs On-Site + Drive Time)
• Saturdays (2x/mo - Full Day) w/ overtime

Your Contribution to Newport Home Theaters, Inc:

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
• Install and mount TVs, projection systems, video walls, audio, shading, low-voltage lighting, and security devices
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Setup and configuration of devices
• Understanding and setup of networks (Juniper/Access Networks)
• Troubleshooting of devices
• Control Systems (Savant/C4/Lutron) Programming a Plus!

You May Come From...

Newport Home Theaters, Inc's Contribution to You:

• Salary: $30/hr to $50/hr
• 401k w/2% match
