Role Summary:

Provides advanced technical expertise for integration, troubleshooting, and support of compl

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support video walls, studios, auditoriums, and command centers
Configure and integrate audio/video/control systems
Assist with performance optimization and upgrades
Support event and executive environments as needed

Key Skills:

AV integration (DSP, control systems, video routing)
Streaming platforms (Vbrick, Teams, Zoom)
Network and AV interoperability troubleshooting
Studio systems familiarity (TriCaster, multi-camera setup, Pro Tools basics)
Digital signage (Appspace CMS, BrightSign players)
Video walls (Planar LED configuration & calibration)

Certifications (Preferred):

AVIXA CTS-I (Installation)
OEM certifications (Crestron, Extron, QSC)

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electronics / AV / Telecommunications
