    IDR is seeking an AV Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems across corporate meeting spaces, digital signage, and live events.     Position Overview for the AV Analyst:

    • The Audio Visual Analyst is responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality audio visual technology across corporate meeting spaces, collaboration areas, digital signage, and live events.
    • This role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems that enable effective communication and business continuity for employees, leaders, and visitors.
    • The position partners closely with IT, Facilities, business teams, and external vendors to deliver practical AV solutions, support meetings and executive events, maintain accurate system documentation, and identify opportunities to improve service, quality, and the end-user experience.

    Requirements for the AV Analyst:

    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV integration
    • Knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, MAXHUB)
    • Knowledge of digital signage systems (e.g., OptiSigns, MOOD Media)
    • Knowledge of network and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV systems
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in audio-visual system installation and maintenance
