    Vehicle Installation Technician – San Francisco, CA

    Pay: $32–$55per hour     $32-$55per hour Location: San Francisco, CASchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday      Call 269-408-6738 7am to 6pm daily!!    Shifts Available:

    • AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM                   

    Training Schedule:First 2 weeks are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    Were looking for a Vehicle Installation Technician to help build autonomous (self-driving) vehicles. In this role, you'll install sensors, wiring, and hardware into production vehicles to prepare them for testing and deployment.

    Responsibilities

    • Remove interior panels and vehicle components
    • Install sensors, brackets, and mounting hardware
    • Route and secure wiring harnesses
    • Connect low-voltage electrical components
    • Perform installation checks and document completed work
    • Troubleshoot basic installation issues
    • Use hand and power tools safely and accurately

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of hands-on installation, assembly, or mechanical experience
    • Experience in automotive, EV, robotics, manufacturing, aerospace, fleet upfitting, or autonomous vehicles
    • Experience with:
      • Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
      • Hardware installation
      • Wiring harness routing
      • Low-voltage electrical work
      • Hand and power tools
    • Able to follow work instructions and SOPs
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable working around vehicles in a production environment
    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Autonomous vehicle or EV manufacturing experience
    • Fleet upfitting or aftermarket electronics installation
    • Experience performing inspections or validation checks
