D.I.B Automotive Group is a growing multi-location auto service group serving the greater Houston area with repair, collision, transmission, and detailing services. We're hiring an experienced Window Tint Installer to deliver clean, bubble-free, high-quality tint jobs our customers can count on.
What You'll Do
Install window tint film on cars, trucks, and SUVs (full vehicles, partials, windshields, and touch-ups)
Prep and clean glass, cut/shape film accurately, and heat-form for a precise fit
Inspect finished work for bubbles, gaps, peeling, and edge quality
Advise customers on tint shades, legal limits (Texas VLT laws), and film options
Keep the workspace, tools, and film inventory clean and organized
Hit turnaround times without cutting corners on quality
What We're Looking For
Proven experience installing automotive window tint (portfolio or references a plus)
Knowledge of Texas window tint laws and film types
Sharp eye for detail — clean edges, no bubbles, no contamination
Valid driver's license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
