Automotive Wholesale Parts Specialist Holler Hyundai

The Parts Wholesale Specialist generates revenue for the parts department by calling, emailing and/or visiting assigned wholesale accounts. This person would represent all Holler-Classic stores to prospective local wholesale & fleet accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Fill parts order from stock or source from outside vendor. Place expedited order if necessary
- Calculate wholesale customer invoices for delivery orders
- Call, email and/or visit assigned wholesale accounts
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Develop new customer prospects
- Report status of accounts to the parts manager
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of prior similar experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support users from entry-level to C-suite (via phone, email/chat, or in person)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to serve in on-call rotation (typically one weekend per month)
- Possess basic math skills
- Be capable of speaking with customers or employees; reading/understanding manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety regulations; and writing reports and other correspondence
- Stay up-to-date on industry issues by reading technical bulletins, and participating in manufacturer-sanctioned continuing education events
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Clean driving record and pass preemployment background screening
