i.g. Burton Imports in Milford is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our award-winning team. This is more than a back-office position. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our service department operates efficiently while helping maximize manufacturer reimbursements and supporting an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently across multiple import brands.

Monitor claim status, resolve rejected claims, and ensure timely manufacturer reimbursement.

Reconcile warranty schedules and maintain accurate financial records.

Stay current on warranty policies, recalls, service campaigns, and technical service bulletins.

Partner closely with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure proper documentation.

Track and follow up on outstanding claims to maximize department performance.

Support our service team and help deliver an outstanding ownership experience for every customer.

Assist with administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive warranty experience preferred
• Service Advisor, Parts, or Technician experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working with computers and dealership software
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
