Key Responsibilities
- Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance
- Work with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure claims meet factory requirements
- Track and reconcile warranty receivables and outstanding claims
- Maintain documentation and files required for manufacturer warranty audits
- Help maintain a high standard of warranty compliance within the service department
- Process and submit Kia warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Automotive Warranty Administrator experience
- Strong understanding of repair orders, labor operations, and warranty documentation
- Experience working inside a high-volume dealership service department
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work closely with service management, advisors, and technicians
