Bell Audi is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Used Car Assistant to support our fast-paced Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the automotive industry and wants to grow their career with a respected luxury dealership.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with all day-to-day operations of the Used Vehicle Department
- Coordinate vehicle inventory and ensure units are properly tracked
- Help manage vehicle reconditioning and service timelines
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory
- Maintain accurate vehicle records and documentation
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management teams
- Assist with pricing updates, merchandising, and lot organization
- Support title, registration, and vehicle paperwork as needed
- Help ensure vehicles are frontline ready for sale
- Perform additional administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monday–Friday Schedule (No Weekends)
- $50,000 Annual Salary
