Key Responsibilities
Perform transmission removal and replacement (R&R) accurately and efficiently.
Diagnose and repair transmission-related concerns.
Identify drivability and performance issues related to transmission systems.
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings.
Perform high-quality repairs while meeting established shop standards.
Collaborate with the team to keep repair work moving efficiently.
Follow established shop procedures and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Qualifications
Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience.
Strong hands-on transmission repair and replacement experience.
A-Level or strong B-Level technical background preferred.
Strong transmission diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Dealership or heavy line experience is a plus.
Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred.
