WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As our Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of vehicle transactions.

• Process registrations for all new and used vehicles in the state in which they will be titled
• Analyze and verify title and ownership documents with precision
• Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV
• Prepare wholesale title work and dealer trades
• Maintain strict confidentiality and timely paperwork processing
• Support dealership operations with additional tasks as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency
• Excellent communication & time management skills
• A true team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record
