In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of all vehicle transactions. You will handle registrations for new and used vehicles, verify and analyze title and ownership documents, and submit all legal transfer paperwork to the DMV. Your work will also include preparing wholesale title packets, managing dealer trades, and maintaining strict confidentiality while ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly support the dealership's operations and customer experience.

A minimum of two years of experience is preferred, along with strong computer proficiency and excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
