Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Automotive Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for non-technical automotive service repairs, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will handle all tire and wheel-related services, perform oil changes, and conduct routine vehicle inspections. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized work environment across the service department, showroom, exterior, and parts storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tire and wheel services (mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs).
- Execute oil changes, fluid checks, and routine vehicle multi-point inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, showroom, and storage area.
- Provide friendly and effective communication with customers, teammates, and management.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to use standard automotive tools, including impact guns, sockets, standard/metric wrench sets, screwdrivers, and oil filter tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, and handle tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds regularly (and over 60 pounds periodically).
- Preferred Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous high school automotive courses or vocational tech training.
- Certifications such as UTI or ASE are a plus!
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
