Requirements:
Qualifications
2+ years of automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Virginia State Inspector License preferred but not required
Volvo experience not required. We will train the right candidate
Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
ASE certifications are a plus
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
Perform maintenance and repair services
Complete digital multi point vehicle inspections
Communicate findings clearly through inspection reports
Maintain Volvo training and certification requirements
Work collaboratively with service advisors and teammates
Keep a clean and safe work environment
