Technicians work in an 8-bay, 8-lift independent repair shop with dedicated DVI support, established processes, and ongoing paid training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose Domestic and import vehicle concerns
• Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately
• Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns based on skill level
• Work with Service Advisors and team members to maintain workflow
• Follow established shop processes and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs independently
• Strong diagnostic experience preferred
• Drivability and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality workmanship
