Automotive Technician/Store Manager

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who can wear multiple hats and assist with both front-desk responsibilities and automotive services. Provide excellent customer service and help address customer questions and concerns.

B-Tech / Junior Automotive Technician & Store Manager
Pay: $24–$28/hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week for the B-Tech position

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused B-Tech / Junior Automotive Technician to support daily operations. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who can wear multiple hats and assist with both front-desk responsibilities and automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage the front desk and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service and help address customer questions and concerns
• Perform oil changes and basic automotive maintenance
• Assist with wheel alignments and suspension work
• Support technicians with general shop duties as needed
• Help keep the shop organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist with various tasks as a “jack of all trades” to support the team

Qualifications

• Automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with oil changes, alignments, and suspension work
• ASE certification preferred/required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
• Must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
