Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
2 years as an Acura/Honda mechanic is desired
Flag/flat-rate experience is strongly encouraged
ASE certifications or technical certificate from a trade school is a plus!

Basic computer skills
Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
Ability to achieve targeted goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
