We’re hiring all skill level Automotive Technicians to join our new-car dealership team. Whether you’re an experienced technician or ready to grow your skills, we offer the training, tools, and support to help you move forward.What You’ll Earn- $27–$50 per flat-rate hour, based on experience and certifications- Production bonus of $1–$5 per hour retroactive to the first hour worked during the pay period- Five Day Work Week- Paid training and ongoing manufacturer training
Requirements
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently- Perform maintenance, warranty, and advanced diagnostic work- Use factory tools, technology, and repair procedures- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members- Deliver quality work that keeps customers safe and coming backWhat We’re Looking For- Automotive repair experience preferred- ASE certifications are a plus however is not a must - A valid driver’s license and dependable work ethic- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term career
