For over 60 years, Whit's Auto Repair has built a reputation in the Nampa community for honest service, quality repairs, and treating both customers and employees the right way. 

We are currently looking for a skilled automotive technician who can hit the ground running and become part of a high-performing, tight-knit team.

Our shop is clean, organized, professional, and centrally located in the heart of Nampa. Culture is everything to us. We believe in accountability, integrity, teamwork, and creating an environment where good people enjoy coming to work every day.

We are looking for someone who works hard, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to be part of a shop focused on both performance and long-term relationships.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Skilled automotive technician with the ability to work independently

• Strong general repair skills with the ability to handle light diagnostic work

• Experience working on primarily domestic vehicles with some diesel experience preferred

• B-Tech ready to grow into an A-Tech role or experienced A-Tech looking for a strong long-term fit

• Honest, hardworking, dependable team player

• Technician who values integrity, professionalism, and customer service

• Someone who can contribute immediately without requiring extensive oversight or training
