Location: Northridge, California
Compensation: Modified flat rate; typically in the $100-$130k range.
Schedule: Five-day workweek, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
About the Opportunity
AutoShop Recruiting is representing a top shop in the Northridge area, recruiting an experienced automotive technician for a 10-bay independent repair shop.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete automotive mechanical repairs accurately.
- Inspect vehicles, document findings, and communicate repair needs clearly to the service team.
- Use service information and diagnostic equipment to confirm concerns.
- Complete quality checks and verify repairs before vehicle delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Professional automotive technician or mechanic experience with strong diagnostic and repair ability.
- Careful workmanship, sound inspection habits, and clear team communication.
- Comfort using modern diagnostic equipment and repair information.
