Tech of the Month ($500 Bonus)
Unlike many franchise dealerships, our technicians don't spend their days fighting shrinking manufacturer warranty labor times. We primarily service pre-owned vehicles, allowing our technicians to focus on quality repairs while earning what their skills are worth.
Selling up to 690 vehicles in a single month means one thing for our technicians:
Plus, our auto repair technicians receive free uniforms, reimbursement and paid time for NC Inspection classes, opportunities for advancement, and the use of state-of-the-art equipment in our climate-controlled shop. We also realize that service can be under appreciated, that's why management has implemented our Tech of the Month recognition program which is a $500 bonus for the stars that stand out!
