Automotive Technician / Mechanic -Experienced
$35-$45/hour 
Full-time | Worcester, MA | Consistent Year-Round Work

About the Role:
Meineke Car Care Center of Worcester is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our busy repair shop. We've served the Worcester community for more than 40 years and offer something experienced technicians value:  consistent year-round work, modern Hunter equipment, and a locally operated team backed by a nationally recognized brand.

This role is a 40-hour hybrid flat rate position (Pay based on a minimum of 40 hours per week or hours produced; whichever is highest). Saturdays are option for this role.

Responsibilities:
·         Mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
·         Brakes, suspension, steering, and engine performance.
·         Cooling, exhaust, and drivetrain systems.
·         Tires, balancing, and wheel alignments (Hunter Road Force).
·         Perform wheel alignments using Hunter Hawkeye equipment (ADAS calibration experience is a plus).
·         Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs and maintenance.
·         Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.


Qualifications:
·         3-5 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.  
·         Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
·         Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, and general repair.
·         Tire mounting, balancing, and alignment experience.
·         Hybrid and EV service experience preferred.
·         MIG welding experience is a plus.
·         Professional automotive tools.
·         Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.
·         Valid driver’s license.
