Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Job Overview:
Pacific Motors is looking for the right technician / mechanic to add to our already unique & upbeat
Automotive team. A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player is a necessity for our
work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose, service and repair vehicles for our
valued customers
● Work individually and together in troubleshooting customer concerns quickly and effectively
● Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment for yourself and team members
● Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
● Willing to work together with other Technicians, solving issues and meeting deadlines
● Experience with wheel & tire installation, mounting / balancing
● Skilled installer of suspension lift kits, leveling kits, shocks and aftermarket accessories

Qualifications:
● Pride & dedication to their work, with customer satisfaction in mind
● 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
● Must have your own tools & tool cabinets to complete your daily work assignments
● The ability to diagnose and repair most makes/models of vehicles
● Maintain a professional appearance, proper demeanor and integrity above all

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to work with tools on grounded or vehicles lifted above their head
● Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
● Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
● Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
● Drive manual transmissions vehicles, enter / exist lifted or lowered vehicles
● Have average or above ability to use a computer or tablet

with an eye for detail and style. The Reynoso Brothers started their journey into the Automotive
world around 2005 by opening a family run detailing business. For years, as their business grew, so
did the request from many of the top OEM dealerships, wanting the Reynoso Brothers as their
dedicated detailing company!
For many years, it was hard work and dedication to perfection for their customers, both the general
public and many well known automotive dealerships. After building many friendships and continued
knowledge in the Automotive Industry, the Reynoso Brothers used their ambitious minds and talents
to create yet another company, known today as Pacific Motors.
For over a decade now, Pacific Motors Boise has grown to become a major player in the quality
pre-owned Auto Dealership world. To this very day, the company has kept the same mindset since
it’s creation... provide our customers with the cleanest pre-owned vehicles in town. Pacific Motors
