Candidates without hands-on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
Prior automotive experience or completion of a technical training program required (dealership experience preferred)
Lexus/Toyota experience with ASE certification a plus!
A positive & friendly attitude
Tools based on your experience
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
High Hchool Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
