Responsibilities:

• Communicate vehicle concerns to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM)
• Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle concerns
• Ride along with customers if the problem persists
• Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
• Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and general work area
• Achieve hourly goals
• Work closely with the parts and service departments
• Ensure quality work
• Demonstrate a "servants heart" by creating unique and personalized experiences

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Technical school training
• ASE certifications are preferred
• Professional appearance and communication
• Genuine desire to serve
• Ability to multitask
• Desire for long-term career development
