Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs including brake service, oil changes, tire rotations, and engine diagnostics.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Work closely with service advisors and team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the work area.
- Stay current with manufacturer updates, service bulletins, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and technology effectively.
- ASE certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
