Pay: $75,000 - $120,000+ per year (based on experience and certifications)
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Available (based on experience) + Relocation Assistance

What We're Looking For
- Automotive service and repair experience
- OEM dealership experience preferred
- ASE Certifications and/or manufacturer certifications are a major plus
- Drivability, electrical, diesel, and transmission experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to continue training and professional development
- Must provide your own tools
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and shop leadership
- Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Document repairs and complete repair orders thoroughly
- Provide labor time estimates when needed
- Stay current on factory technical bulletins and training
- Assist in mentoring and training developing technicians
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
