    Responsibilities

    • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
    • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
    • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
    • Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
    • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
    • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

    Qualifications

    • Honda/Acura bumper-to-bumper main shop experience
    • Acura or Honda dealership flag experience is a big plus!
    • Must be Open to Flag/Flat-Rate
    • ASE or Manufacturer Certifications (preferred)
    • Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
    • Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability
    • Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience
    • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
