Enterprise Mobility has an exciting career opportunity for a Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs vehicle repair, manufacture recall and warranty service, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and vehicle certification and reconditioning services according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
We are currently looking for technicians that can work one of the following schedules:
Monday - Friday: 5am - 1:30pm
Monday - Friday: 12pm - 8:30pm
This position is located at the Richmond Service Center, 5741 Gulfstream Road, Richmond, VA 23250.
Benefits:
$28 - 32 / hour starting pay with overtime availability dependent on ASE''s/Factory Certifications - No more Flat Rate
$2 / hr pay differential for 2nd shift

Qualifications
Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
OEM Level III Certification OR 4 current ASE certifications required.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents. No drug or alcohol related incidents with the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
VA State Inspection Certification Preferred
Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles (produced in the last 3 years)
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a full-time shift for the one of the following schedules:
Monday - Friday: 5am - 1:30pm
Monday - Friday: 12pm - 8:30pm
