Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is growing, and we’re looking for another experienced Automotive Technician to join our service department.

If you can fix cars, turn hours, and take pride in your work, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

This isn’t a position where you’ll spend every day doing the exact same thing.

You’ll handle a mix of:

• General automotive repair
• Brakes
• Steering and suspension
• Maintenance
• Check-engine-light concerns
• Electrical and mechanical diagnosis
• Engine and drivetrain repairs
• Mitsubishi warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Used-car reconditioning

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a technician who already knows their way around a vehicle but wants an opportunity to keep improving.

Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• Good mechanical ability
• Experience with general automotive repair
• The ability to properly diagnose concerns instead of just throwing parts at a vehicle
• Your own basic hand tools
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• A good attitude and willingness to work
• A desire to keep learning and making more money

ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.

Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Mitsubishi experience is NOT required — we’ll provide the factory training.
