C-Level Automotive Technician

$20–$23 per hour | Full-Time
AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire a dependable C-Level Automotive Technician for the Gantzel Road location.
This position is ideal for a developing technician who can perform routine maintenance and basic repairs and wants the opportunity to continue building stronger mechanical and diagnostic skills.
What You’ll Do
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Complete fluid checks and routine maintenance
- Rotate, balance, repair, and service tires
- Test and replace batteries
- Perform vehicle inspections
- Identify leaks, worn components, and maintenance needs
- Complete brake services, adjustments, and minor repairs
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs
- Document completed work accurately
- Communicate vehicle status to advisors and technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Professional automotive maintenance or repair experience
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to perform brake, tire, battery, and preventive-maintenance services
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Willingness to learn from experienced technicians
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
