About Rhea Little's Tire & Auto Repair

Rhea Little's Tire & Auto Repair is seeking A, B, and C-Level Automotive Technicians in Brentwood, TN. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers flat-rate compensation, consistent workflow, and earning potential based on technician skill level and production. Technicians work with an established customer base at a family-owned shop that has served the Brentwood community for nearly 100 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and general repairs
• Diagnose drivability and drivetrain concerns
• Complete brake repairs and wheel alignments
• Perform tire services and preventive maintenance
• Complete repairs based on experience and skill level
• Communicate repair recommendations as needed
• Work with the team to complete quality repairs

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• General automotive repair experience
• Brake, tire, and alignment experience
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to technician level
• Ability to produce efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Dependable and team-oriented approach
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Previous flat-rate experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• A-Level Technician: $40–$55 per flagged hour
• B-Level Technician: $30–$45 per flagged hour
• C-Level Technician: $20–$35 per flagged hour
• Flat-rate compensation based on technician level
• Earning potential of $50,000–$150,000 depending on experience and production
• A-Level top performers can earn up to $150,000 annually
