About Connot Auto Care

Connot Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Hastings, NE, with $50,000–$75,000+ annual earning potential through a guaranteed hourly rate plus productivity bonus. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and includes health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. Technicians work alongside experienced ASE Master Technicians in a clean, organized shop with opportunities for continued technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repairs
• Diagnose electrical, A/C, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Complete engine, transmission, suspension, and steering repairs
• Perform light-duty diesel repairs as needed
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using AutoVitals
• Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle systems
• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own professional automotive tools
• AutoVitals and Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred
