The shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Baker, LA, offering $40–$45 per flagged hour with up to $130,000+ earning potential. This Monday–Friday flat-rate opportunity has no weekends and provides consistent year-round workflow, an air-conditioned shop, and modern diagnostic equipment. Technicians focus on advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Repair Domestic and import vehicles
• Complete engine, steering, suspension, and brake repairs
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Document repair findings and estimates
• Communicate recommendations with Service Advisors
• Complete efficient, quality repairs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• Ability to complete repairs independently
• Experience documenting repair estimates
• Comfortable with shop software and Digital Vehicle Inspections
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• ASE Certifications preferred
