    Huffines  Job Description:
    The Service Team Lead / Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, supporting technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs. This role serves as a key leader within the service department, providing technical guidance, maintaining productivity, and upholding dealership standards for customer satisfaction. 
     
     
    Huffines Job Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and support service technicians in daily operations
    • Assign and prioritize work to ensure timely and efficient job completion
    • Provide hands-on technical assistance and diagnostics when needed
    • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards
    • Monitor shop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround times
    • Assist with complex repairs and troubleshooting
    • Communicate with Service Advisors regarding job status and updates
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
    • Support training and development of technicians

    Huffines Job Requirements:

    • Previous supervisory or team lead experience
    • Minimum 3+ years previous experience as service technician (Required)
    • Some post-secondary automotive training
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
    • Results-oriented self-starter
    • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to delivering world-class customer service 
    • Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly
    • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
    • Proficiency in computer skills
