Qualifications of Store Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical program preferred)
  
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish
