Help Build a High-Performance Automotive Operation
We are growing and strengthening the leadership team across a multi-location automotive repair operation in the South Bay.
We are looking for an experienced automotive leader who understands how great shops operate—from workflow and technician productivity to customer experience, sales performance, and team accountability.
This is not a narrowly defined management position. The right person may initially support one or more locations based on experience, operational needs, and individual strengths.
Our goal is to develop strong leaders who can take increasing ownership as our organization grows.
Areas You'll Impact
- Shop workflow, scheduling, and productivity
- Technician performance and development
- Customer experience and service quality
- Sales and repair order performance
- Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) execution
- Process implementation and accountability
- Shop organization and professionalism
- Staffing, onboarding, and team development
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of automotive leadership experience
- Strong understanding of repair shop operations
- Experience leading technicians and service teams
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable using KPIs to identify opportunities and improve results
- Organized, process-driven, and willing to follow through
An automotive technical background is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$120,000+ total compensation
