We're seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager to lead a high-performing automotive repair facility in Gallup, New Mexico.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced A-Level or Master Technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and improving shop performance while helping lead the growth of a rapidly expanding automotive group.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs (approximately 30% of the role)
• Lead daily shop operations and technician productivity
• Coach and mentor technicians
• Prepare repair estimates and order parts
• Improve shop workflow and operational efficiency
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as an A-Level, Master, or Diagnostic Automotive Technician
• 5+ years of automotive management experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proven leadership and technician development experience
• Ability to balance hands-on repairs with shop leadership
• Diesel experience is a plus but advanced diesel repairs are not required
