Position:
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Service Writer to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service experiences in our service department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, assess their automotive service needs, and document accurately.
- Clearly explain repair diagnoses and recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide detailed estimates of costs and timelines for repairs, adhering to Serpentini's pricing and process standards.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and coordinate service bay assignments.
- Maintain continuous communication with technicians and customers throughout the service process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of service orders and invoices, following all store processes.
Expectations:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive service writer.
- Proficient in automotive service procedures, manufacturer KPI scoring requirements, and terminology.
- Ability to exceed monthly goals set by management and contribute to the team's success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following all store processes and exceeding manufacturer KPI scoring requirements.
