Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand and document their Electric Vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate and detailed service estimates in a friendly manner

- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive industry or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, fun environment
- High school degree or equivalent
- Availability for weekends and 10-hour shifts
